Filtering Messages

Users can filter messages using the Filter icon based on the following parameters:

• Date - Enter a date range using the date picker and click Apply.

• Show Read Only (appears only in Inbox) - Select this checkbox to display only the messages marked as read.

• Show Read Only (appears only in Inbox) - Select this checkbox to display only the messages marked as unread.
